CLIENT CONTACT-OUTREACH VISIT
Writer arranged today’ s visit with Joseph via text message; however, upon attending the
residence, Joseph was not home despite prior agreement. The client’ s mother was outside and
informed writer that Joseph was not home and she believed he was at a nearby coffee shop.
Collateral from mother:
She expressed concern that Joseph’ s medication adherence has been poor recently. She also
reported that Joseph has not been sleeping well and that he brought home a homeless man who
is now staying in their house. She stated that Joseph has been attending various churches – both
Jewish and Christian on the weekends . She also reported that Joseph does not take his
Clozapine on Saturdays.
Writer then phoned Joseph, who answered promptly. He stated he was at the coffee shop and
initially refused to return home, but after being reminded that today was his scheduled visit, he
agreed – though in an irritable manner. Joseph returned within minutes.
Joseph was wearing a hooded jacket, black pants, and white runners. On arrival, he was
irritable, stating the medication is “ poison” to his body and does not provide the nutrition he
needs. He was highly preoccupied with recent political events and global instability, expressing
ideas of influence and implying he has a role in “ fixing” these events.
Joseph reported that he invited “ S ea n” , the homeless man, to live in the home because he is
Jewish and Joseph is “ trying to save him from the cold” . Shortly after the visit, Joseph texted
writer:

Joseph denied any intent to harm the church, synagogue, or community.
When asked about medication adherence, Joseph admitted he has missed several doses,

Writer texted client to arrange visit. Client was agreeable to the visit. We ended up meeting at
the legion on Commercial. Client wanted to p[lay some pool but we ended up playing darts.
During the visit, client uttered so much delusional content that it was hard to follow. Such as that
he was the second coming of Christ not his friend Kevin (deceased ACT 4 client)and that he
could be the dictator of Croatia if he wanted to. He also mentioned a great deal of his usual
conspiracies. After the game, we parted ways.
O. client was calm and polite. He appeared in good spirits and generally happy to visit and play

I am told I have two choices.
Choice number one: try to save the world from the sixth great extinction — from environmental collapse, war, greed, poisoned rivers, dying forests, disappearing species, and a civilization consuming itself.

But here is the paradox.

My mother watches the television prophets, the merchants of chaos selling dreams between commercials and bad news. They tell struggling people salvation is one lucky ticket away. She believes the lottery will rescue her from mountains of credit card debt. Not budgeting. Not reform. Not wages that match the cost of living. A miracle scratch ticket.
And I’m supposed to accept this as normal modern civilization?
But when I question the system, suddenly I’m the problem.
Dr. Vijay says he is collecting collateral information. I say it feels less like collateral and more like leverage. Less like understanding a human being and more like constructing a narrative around one. Maybe I’m wrong. But that is how it feels sitting in these rooms, where every disagreement risks being translated into pathology.
History matters. Political psychiatry existed. The Soviet system used psychiatric labels against dissidents and inconvenient thinkers. That happened. So forgive me if I believe institutions deserve scrutiny instead of blind faith.

She informed me that he had left his home at around 9:30 a.m this morning and had gone to
the Coast Clubhouse.
She denied any concerns regarding him behaving in an agitated or aggressive manner.
However, she related to me that she definitely wanted him to continue taking his psychiatric
medications on a consistent basis.
We then located him at the Coast Clubhouse.
Joseph was happy to see us.
During the meeting, he was very cheerful and appropriate in his behaviour and presentation.
However, he was clearly still psychotic in his mental state.
Joseph continued to have ongoing symptoms, by way of bizarre, persecutory, and grandiose
delusions.

And I look around thinking: how much bodybuilding vanity, materialism, image management, and superficial performance can people wrap in Christian language before somebody says, ‘This doesn’t match the sermon’?
Because Christianity is not a bumper sticker. It’s not a curated identity. It’s not appearances.
You can quote scripture all day long, but if there’s no humility, no sacrifice, no room for family members who are struggling — what exactly is being practiced?
That’s my frustration.
Not because I hate them. Because I expected better from people who claim to follow Jesus.
And disappointment inside a family… that cuts deeper than anger.”

S : Writer called Joseph’ s residence this morning to organize his scheduled IM injection.
Joseph’ s mother informed writer that he had just left for the Clubhouse for lunch. Joseph later
texted and requested to meet at the Clubhouse for the IM, as he intended to stay there for coffee
in the afternoon .
O : Writer located Joseph outside the Clubhouse. He was wearing a blue jacket with the
Croatian team name on the back, grey worn-out sweatpants, and white sneakers. Joseph led
writer inside, and we found an empty office where he agreed to receive the injection. He
appeared at baseline but continues to present with grandiose and persecutory delusions. Prior
to the meeting, Joseph had sent a series of tangential text messages referencing ‘ the Jews ‘
and other nonsensical facts with related links. Joseph was cooperative with the administration of
Abilify 350 mg IM to his right dorsogluteal site and tolerated the procedure well. Collateral from
the pharmacy indicates Joseph has been compliant with his oral medications from December
11– 14 inclusive and continues to receive carries on Saturdays.
A : Joseph remains at baseline with persistent grandiose and persecutory delusions. He
demonstrates medication adherence and engagement with care. No acute safety concerns
noted at this time.

Speech by Joe Jukic to the Review Panel
Ladies and gentlemen of the review panel,
I stand before you today to speak plainly about something that affects every one of us: monopolies — especially Judeo/Masonic monopolies that quietly control much of what we see, eat, and spend.
Look around. Tim Hortons, Wendy’s Burgers, White Spot — these are not just restaurants. They are franchises. They dominate our streets and our choices. Small independent businesses get crushed while these big chains expand everywhere. It is self-evident that certain groups have built up enormous advantages through networks of nepotism and control.
The most glaring example is Hollywood. The nepotism there is impossible to ignore. Year after year, the same families and the same circles control the studios, the production companies, the agencies, and the awards. They decide what stories get told and what stories get buried.
I saw this same monopoly mindset up close during my own experience. I was incarcerated in Seagal Ward for over six months. The psychiatrists kept trying to push us patients to play Cashless Monopoly — like they were preparing us for the ultimate future dystopia. But you know what? Nobody wanted to play. Not a single person. We didn’t even open the box. We didn’t remove the plastic. The game just sat there untouched. That should tell you something about how people feel when they’re forced into artificial systems of control.
The biggest monopoly of all is the monopoly on money — the one held by the Rothschild dynasty and the international banking system they helped create. They don’t just influence governments — they help shape the very currency we are forced to use.
There is a simple and powerful solution to this: freedom of currency. Let the people decide. Remove the state’s monopoly and allow anyone to use whatever they want as money — gold, silver, beads, feathers, sea shells, or cryptocurrency. Let the market choose what works and what doesn’t. Competition will kill bad money and reward honest money.
As for me, my favorite currency is time. Every single human being is given a finite amount of time on this planet. No one can print more of it. No one can steal it without consequence. Time is the only truly honest currency. When we start valuing people’s time instead of worshipping paper and digital debt, that’s when we’ll have real freedom.

I want to be clear about something that’s been bothering me.
I spoke once about something deeply personal—my erectile dysfunction—to Nurse Mirella, in what I believed was a private and clinical setting. I did that because I thought I was speaking to a professional whose role is to help, not to judge, and certainly not to broadcast my situation and create a spectacle of my embarrassment.
But afterwards, I felt like that information was no longer contained. I felt like it had become something discussed beyond that room, like it had shifted from medical confidentiality into something closer to public conversation. And that experience left me feeling exposed.
I need to say this carefully: I don’t have proof of wrongdoing. I don’t have evidence of who said what or to whom. But I do have a strong sense that something about that boundary of trust didn’t feel intact for me.
And when that happens, it changes how you see the entire system you’re supposed to rely on. Because if you can’t be sure what stays private, then everything starts to feel uncertain.
I also recognize that assumptions can fill in gaps when you don’t have clarity. That’s part of why I’m bringing it here instead of just letting it sit in my head and grow into something bigger than it is.
What I want now is straightforward: clarity. I want to understand what confidentiality actually looked like in my case. Who had access to what I shared, and whether anything left the room it was supposed to stay in.
Because at the end of the day, trust in care isn’t automatic. It’s something that has to be maintained. And right now, that’s what I’m trying to rebuild.

I stand before you today in the spirit of true democracy and the proud Protestant tradition that has always rejected the idea of any man in Rome claiming the right to speak for God.
For centuries, the Vatican and the Pope have positioned themselves as the ultimate authority on divine matters — deciding who is holy, who is heretical, and even, it seems, who might one day stand as the Second Messiah. I say, with all due respect: enough.
No cardinal, no conclave, no Pope has the divine right to handpick the next figure humanity should look to as a savior or a leader of spiritual renewal. That kind of power belongs to the people — not to an institution behind ancient walls.
That is why, today, I have taken action.
In the spirit of democracy, I have created a vote — an open, transparent, people-driven process — so that we, the public, can decide for ourselves who should play God. Who should carry the mantle. Who the world is actually ready to listen to and follow in these turbulent times.
This is not blasphemy. This is Reformation 2.0.
This is the same spirit that once said: every man should read the scriptures for himself. Every conscience should be free. And now, every voice should have a say in who we look to for guidance, inspiration, and perhaps even salvation in the modern age.
The age of top-down, centralized religious authority is over. The future belongs to the will of the people.
So I invite every one of you — believers, skeptics, Christians, atheists, and everyone in between — to participate in this vote. Cast your ballot. Nominate your candidate. Let your voice be heard.
Because if we are to have a new messiah, a new moral leader, or even a new guiding figure for humanity… then let the people, not the Pope, decide.

I never said I want to be a fascist or communist dictator of Croatia—or anywhere else. That’s a distortion of what I actually said, and it changes the meaning completely.
What I said at the Croatian anniversary event at the Croatian Centre across the street was very simple: I believe in one constitutional republic. Not a system built on strongmen, not a system where ideology turns into punishment, but a system like the early idea of America or early Rome—before everything became corrupted by power struggles and internal decay.
A constitutional republic means laws above leaders. It means the structure is stronger than any one person. It means people can speak freely without fear that their words will be used against them later.
And I was very clear about what I reject. I reject gulags. I reject concentration camps. I reject political imprisonment of people just for their beliefs or opinions. I don’t see any future worth building if it involves that kind of state control over people’s minds or lives.
So when Dr. Vijay or anyone else twists that into something about dictatorship, it misses the entire point. My point is the opposite: how do you prevent power from becoming absolute in the first place?
That’s why I talk about a republic—not a personality-driven system, not a party-driven system, but a legal framework where no one is above accountability.
I’m not interested in ruling over anyone. I’m interested in systems where no one gets to rule over everyone else without limits.
That’s the distinction I want understood.

“If people like Nurse Dan want to vote for a dictator—someone like King Ryan Reynolds—then that is the will of the people. That’s the uncomfortable truth of democracy. Even when the outcome is something you personally disagree with, even when it sounds absurd or theatrical, the mechanism is still the same: consent of the governed.
But let me be clear,” Joe adds, leaning slightly forward, “a constitutional republic is not meant to be a popularity contest for crowns. It is designed precisely so that no matter how charismatic, famous, or ‘marketable’ someone is—whether it’s a politician, a celebrity, or a so-called king—there are limits on power.
So yes, if Nurse Dan and others want to cast votes for a figure like Ryan Reynolds as some kind of ‘king,’ that tells us something about culture and entertainment. But it does not change what a republic is supposed to protect us from: turning applause into authority.”

I stand before you today to speak plainly and truthfully. This psychiatric witch hunt and the modern Pharmakeia warned about in the last verses of Revelation chapters 9 and 18 is actively preventing me from returning to productive work.
I want to work. I am ready and willing to get back to a job. But I cannot and will not be drugged into a chemical stupor — unable to wake up properly, unable to think clearly, and unable to function at the level required for honest employment.
If you truly want me back to work, then you must understand this: I have an opportunity with the Vancouver Scientology organization. I have been told directly that they do not accept workers who are on mind-altering psychiatric drugs. Call Larry McDonald at the Scientology center yourself — he will confirm it for you. Their policy is clear, and it aligns with what I believe.
There is no such thing as a “chemical imbalance” that requires these substances. The human mind is not made of petrochemicals. It is not composed of Big Pharma drugs brewed from barrels of crude oil. This is not healing — it is sorcery, it is deception, and it is standing directly in the way of me earning an honest living.
I am asking you, the panel, to recognize this reality. Remove these barriers. Stop the forced medication that leaves me disabled and unemployable. Let me be clear-headed so I can contribute, work, and move forward with my life.
I am not asking for special treatment. I am simply asking to be allowed to work without being poisoned by a system that contradicts both my spiritual beliefs and the practical requirements of the job I am pursuing.
