CLIENT CONTACT-OUTREACH VISIT
Late entry for Feb 20, 2026
Writer texted client to arrange visit. Client was agreeable to the visit. We ended up meeting at
the legion on Commercial. Client wanted to p[lay some pool but we ended up playing darts.
During the visit, client uttered so much delusional content that it was hard to follow. Such as that
he was the second coming of Christ not his friend Kevin (deceased ACT 4 client)and that he
could be the dictator of Croatia if he wanted to. He also mentioned a great deal of his usual
conspiracies. After the game, we parted ways.
O. client was calm and polite. He appeared in good spirits and generally happy to visit and play
It is up to the Vatican who will replace Jesus, not Nurse Dan, or the Legion drunkards.

PSYCHIATRIST NOTE
I reviewed Joseph Jukic on 11/02/2026.
He was seen on an outreach visit at the Coast Clubhouse.
I had previously attempted to review him at his home.
He was unfortunately not at home, and I did speak to his mother to gather collateral information.
My mother is delusional and believer everything the “merchants of chaos” on TV sell. She believes she will win the lottery to pay off her massive credit card debt. Vijay is trying to collect “leverage” not collateral information. These psychiatric show trials were done in the Soviet Union to torture and break anyone who went against the government’s narrative and dismiss their bright ideas. Capitalism is not the best system. A country should not be a business and a socialist system is better. Canada’s socialist medical system is a lot better than the American way where you end up bankrupt and dead after seeing the doctor.

Mother reported that Joseph has been a bit more active of late.
She queried as to whether he was taking his medications regularly as he appeared to be
waking up and leaving his home quite early.
She informed me that he had left his home at around 9:30 a.m this morning and had gone to
the Coast Clubhouse.
She denied any concerns regarding him behaving in an agitated or aggressive manner.
However, she related to me that she definitely wanted him to continue taking his psychiatric
medications on a consistent basis.
We then located him at the Coast Clubhouse.
Joseph was happy to see us.
During the meeting, he was very cheerful and appropriate in his behaviour and presentation.
However, he was clearly still psychotic in his mental state.
Joseph continued to have ongoing symptoms, by way of bizarre, persecutory, and grandiose
delusions.
He had grandiose delusions that he was well known to the actor Tom Cruise. He spoke at length
Tom Cruise used to live at the Government house for abused youths across my back alley called CHIMO HOUSE in the 1980’s. There are many government files on Mr. Cruise that the Canadian government won’t release. Dr. Vijay is clearly gas lighting and seeking more “leverage” that I am delusional. Knowing a famous actor is not delusions of grandeur. Dr. Vijay’s hero Donald Trump is clearly the one with delusions of grandeur and refers to himself as “The Chosen One”, the second coming of Christ. Nurse Mirella should pick up a gun, join the Israeli Defense Forces and fight. My nephews are not going to be drafted into Donald Trump’s ground war in Iraq, not as long as I am alive to advocate for them. Our soldiers do not want to die in Iran for Donald Trump and Israel. Send your son Barron Trump to fight Chosen one Trump.

about Natalie Imbruglia, the famous Canadian singer.
Joseph also had delusional beliefs relating to the Illuminati, the Canadian government, and a
local Portuguese church.
He spoke at length about how he believes that Natalie Imbruglia is an “ozone prophet.”
He was unable to clearly explain to me what he meant by this statement.
He had grandiose delusions that he was ” picked by Jesus , and is an avatar of God ” . He
continues to have delusions about people being poisoned and killed by the government as part
of a worldwide conspiracy.
His insight into his illness was non-existent.
He continues to state that he does not require any psychiatric medications.
On further questioning, he denied any current thoughts of wanting to attack other people,
including members of the local church.
When I discussed the previous incident of him attempting to start a fire outside the local
Portuguese church, he stated that he was convinced that they were Satan worshippers and were
sexually abusing children.
He also stated that if I were to take a gun and shoot them all dead, then I would be looked upon
as a hero.
I clearly explained to him that such an action on his part would have led to him being arrested
and incarcerated in jail with a lengthy prison term.
I further reiterated to him that he should immediately inform us if he had any current thoughts or
